Custom project process
Your idea does not need to arrive fully figured out.
Tell us what you are trying to make, who it is for, what it needs to do, and what you want it to feel like. We can help shape the rest.

How custom orders work
A simple path from idea to finished piece.
Tell us the idea
Share the item, purpose, size, quantity, colors, personalization and any inspiration you already have.
Choose the process
We determine whether 3D printing, DTF, laser engraving, UV printing or a mixed approach makes sense.
Review the direction
For projects that need artwork or customization, we confirm the core design direction before production.
Production
We make, inspect and finish the piece, then prepare it for pickup, delivery or shipping as applicable.
Helpful information
What to include when requesting something custom.
What is it?
Describe the item or problem you want to solve. A rough idea is completely fine.
Who is it for?
Personal gift, household use, family event, business, team, hobby or something wonderfully random.
What matters most?
Size, color, durability, budget, deadline, quantity, material, personalization or visual style.
Custom order FAQ
A few useful answers.
Can you make just one item?
Often, yes. One-off and small-run projects are a big part of what makes a small workshop fun. Feasibility depends on the process and item.
Can I bring my own design or logo?
Yes, provided you have the right to use the artwork. File quality and format may affect what is possible, and we may recommend adjustments for the production method.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. You do not need to arrive with production-ready artwork. We can help identify a practical direction and explain which method fits the project best.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on design work, materials, quantity, production method and current workload. We will communicate timing before production begins whenever practical.
Custom order FAQ
Before you send the idea.
What information should I include with a custom request?
Include what you want made, approximate size, quantity, colors, wording, intended use, deadline if there is one, and any photos, sketches or artwork that help explain the idea.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. Finished artwork can help, but many projects begin with a rough idea, photo, sketch or description. We will let you know what additional files or measurements are needed.
Will I see the design before production?
For projects where visual approval is important, we may provide a proof, mockup or design confirmation before production. The approval process depends on the project type.
Why can custom orders have different turnaround times?
Design complexity, material availability, quantity, machine time, finishing steps and approval timing can all affect how long a custom project takes.
