Terms of service
Custom work works best with clear expectations.
These terms cover the basic rules for using the Element 3 Workshop website and requesting or purchasing custom-made products.

Last updated: September 19, 2026.
Custom products
Many Element 3 Workshop products are made, printed, engraved, personalized, or produced specifically for a customer. Handmade and custom production can result in minor variations in color, texture, placement, finish, dimensions, or appearance. These normal variations are not necessarily defects.
Design approval and accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, artwork, and other personalization information you provide. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. When we provide a proof or design direction for approval, production may rely on that approval.
Artwork and intellectual property
By submitting artwork, logos, photos, text, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you have permission to use it for the requested project. We may decline projects that appear to infringe another person’s rights or that we are not comfortable producing.
Pricing and payment
Prices may vary based on material, quantity, customization, design work, production time, shipping, and other project requirements. Custom projects may require payment or a deposit before production begins.
Turnaround times
Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing. Material availability, design revisions, equipment issues, shipping delays, and order complexity can affect timing.
Returns, cancellations, and problems
Because personalized and custom-made items are created for a specific customer, they may not be eligible for return or cancellation after production begins. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect due to our error, or materially defective, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Any separate posted refund or return policy will also apply.
Product use
Use products only for their intended purpose. 3D printed materials, drinkware, apparel, engraved items, and UV-printed goods may have care, heat, load, washing, food-contact, outdoor-use, or other limitations depending on the material and production method.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, requesting, or purchasing our products and services. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Element 3 Workshop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product use beyond remedies required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as our products, services, website, and business practices evolve. The date above reflects the latest revision.
